Our name reflects how we work: Collective because collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and Overlap because the most thoughtful spaces come from the intersection of different ideas, disciplines, and lived experiences.
From warm, intimate homes to energetic workspaces and story-rich retail environments, our projects are guided by a few core values: empathy, clarity, craft, and connection. We design with intention—balancing function with beauty, emotion with practicality—so that every space feels just right, both now and into the future. For us, architecture isn’t just about buildings; it’s about creating experiences that stay with you.
Meet our Team
At the core of Studio Collective Overlap is a duo that brings together experience, creativity, and a shared passion for thoughtful design.
Shruthi Mrinalini, our Principal Architect, brings over 8 years of hands-on experience and a sharp eye for detail. She thrives on bringing order to the chaos—overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.
Alongside her is Rakshit V Salunke, principal architect -the creative force who drives the design narrative. With 4 years of immersive experience, he’s the one dreaming up bold ideas and shaping the vision of each project with precision and flair.
Together, they strike the perfect balance between grounded execution and inspired design thinking.
